The letter stated, "While the rest of the country celebrates Independence Day, Kashmiris have been caged like animals and deprived of basic human rights". It further said, "Hope and pray that I'm not punished or penalised for raising questions about my fundamental rights". Do you think there is still a risk in freeing the detained J&K leaders? The Indian Army called the Pakistan military’s claim of killing five Indian soldiers during a cross-border firing along the Line of Control (LoC) in J&K as “fictitious” on Thursday. This came after Pakistan military’s spokesperson Major General Asif Ghafoor claimed that three of its soldiers and five Indian personnel were killed in the cross-border firing. A senior Indian Army official said: “The claim made by Pakistan’s military is fictitious.” The Indian Army is on a high alert to deal with any “misadventure” by Pakistan. Src:https://bit.ly/33x4IeJ
