On his first visit to Amethi on Wednesday since his in the Lok Sabha elections, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took to Twitter to reveal fond memories of his constituency. “I feel very happy after coming to Amethi. It feels like coming home,” Gandhi tweeted. Rahul Gandhi lost to Union minister Smriti Irani by a margin of about 55,000 votes in Amethi. He now represents Kerala’s Wayanad in the Lok Sabha. On Wednesday, Rahul Gandhi has pleaded not guilty for allegedly linking journalist Gauri Lankesh's murder with the "BJP-RSS ideology". In a local court in Mazegaon, Mumbai, the Former Congress President is appearing in Court one day after resigning from his post. In terms of the Presidency, Rahul Gandhi has stuck by his words. But, his insensitive words have angered many people. He deserves a stringent punishment and should not be let off with a meager fine of Rs. 15,000.
