Man in Tamil Nadu booked for escaping quarantine to meet girlfriend

In Madurai district of Tamil Nadu, a 24-year-old man who was returned from Dubai allegedly escape from the facility giving a scare to health. Later, police caught man from his girlfriend's house in Sivaganga district. While interrogation, he confessed that the girl's parents were against their relationship and because of that he escaped to meet his girlfriend. Telangana collects foreign returnees’ passports to ensure completion of quarantine period

According to reports, in order to ensure that foreign returnees in Telangana do not violate their home quarantine period amid the Coronavirus pandemic in the country, authorities are taking away their passports. No divorce, no eviction, no demolition for 1 month: Allahabad High Court

Amid 21-day lockdown to control the spread of COVID-19, the Allahabad High Court has said that all interim orders passed by it and its Lucknow bench, district courts, civil courts, family courts and other courts, have been extended till April 26. COVID-19 lockdown: DGCA declares suspension on all domestic flights till April 14

The Director-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) announced that there will be a ban on all domestic flights operations across India till April 14. It has been extended from March 31 to April 14 because of 21-days lockdown due to Coronavirus pandemic. DGCA stated that All domestic operators engaged in scheduled, non-scheduled and private aircraft operations in India shall ensure strict compliance of the order.
